Quality policy
Based on our conduct and our quality policy we follow strict rules:
- The customers define the scale for the quality of products and services. Customer satisfaction is the highest priority.
- We abide all agreements with our customers concerning quality, amount, deadline and price.
- Organisation, activities and processes are under constant guard for optimisation. All employees and partners provide their share to keep this policy.
- Causes for errors in the supply chain need to be detected as early as possible in order to avoid in advance errors and their costs in advance.
We aim at a "zero errors"-objective.
