Quality policy

Based on our conduct and our quality policy we follow strict rules:

 

  1. The customers define the scale for the quality of products and services. Customer satisfaction is the highest priority.
  2. We abide all agreements with our customers concerning quality, amount, deadline and price.
  3. Organisation, activities and processes are under constant guard for optimisation. All employees and partners provide their share to keep this policy.
  4. Causes for errors in the supply chain need to be detected as early as possible in order to avoid in advance errors and their costs in advance.
    We aim at a "zero errors"-objective.
