Being a medium-sized enterprise in the automotive industries, HERZING+SCHROTH and SCHROTH Antriebselemente work in the fields of development, production and sales of non-cutting formed components of the powertrain of vehicles. This causes many risks – but it also offers chances.

In order to be a reliable partner to our customers in the future, we have to face the risks.

By establishing a risk management system we aim at making the economical risks transparent, controlling them, reporting on them – and, of course, limiting resp. eliminating risks as best as possible.
